Rotating bezel

A bezel that can be turned by hand and carries a minutes or 24-hour scale. On dive watches it turns in one direction only for safety, so that even if it is knocked accidentally, the remaining time never appears longer than it really is. On GMT models it turns both ways and is used to set the second time zone.
