Water resistance
Shows up to what pressure the watch is designed to keep water out, written in metres, bar or ATM. The stated value is a laboratory pressure, not a real diving depth: 30 m is generally only splash-proof, 100 m is suitable for swimming, and 200 m and above for diving. As gaskets wear over time, regular checks are recommended.
