  • You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. If you use a different courier company, the refund period starts when the product reaches us.
  • Return conditions: We kindly ask you to send the product together with its box, all accessories, all documents delivered to you with the product (including the warranty certificate, if any), any removed bracelet links and the protective tapes, if any. • Refund: Within 14 days at the latest from the date the product is handed over to the courier company we have specified, the entire amount collected, including delivery costs, is refunded in a single payment, in a manner consistent with the payment instrument you used, and without any cost to you.
